Overview
The AF25 is a passive contact temperature sensor designed for accurate surface temperature measurement on pipes and other contact surfaces. Using a brass strap and optional thermal contact fluid, the AF25 ensures reliable heat transfer and precise readings. Available with multiple sensor elements such as PT100, PT1000, Ni1000, and NTC, it offers flexibility across a wide range of building automation applications. The sensor operates in extreme conditions from -35°C to +100°C, with an optional high-temperature version rated to +135°C. An optional IP65 enclosure provides protection in challenging environments, making the AF25 a dependable choice for HVAC and BMS projects.
Optional tightening straps and tension clamps available for pipe diameters up to 250 mm. Mount sensor on the upper side of the pipe to prevent condensation ingress. Declaration of conformity available at Thermokon AF25 website.
