Overview
The AF25+ is a contact sensor in a USE enclosure with a connection cable and a brass lug. It measures the surface temperature of cold or hot water pipes and other curved surfaces. A transmitter converts the reading to a 0 to 10 V, 0 to 5 V or 4 to 20 mA signal. The measuring range is selectable from eight ranges between -50 and +250 °C, with 0 to +160 °C as the default, and can be set at the transmitter. Settings can also be made with the USEapp or uConfig. A potentiometer or the app corrects the offset. The two parts here are the multi range version rated to 135 °C, one with a voltage output and one with a current output. Each has a 1 m cable.
