Overview
The BMD1204 gives a DDC4000e or DDC520 controller twelve binary inputs (pulse counting to 80 Hz, NAMUR supported) and four binary outputs as floating changeover relay contacts rated 230 V AC, 6 (3) A. Each relay has a rotary switch for auto, on or off. There are 16 status LEDs and two freely assignable LEDs. Relays can switch motors directly in utilisation category AC-3 (350 W at 230 V, up to 2.5 A continuous). The module connects as a fieldbus (2000 m) or cabinet bus (200 m) module, addresses 01 to 63, with spring terminals and hot-plug capability.
