Overview
The LIOB-562 is a versatile BACnet/IP and BACnet/SC I/O module designed for high-performance building automation. As a BTL-certified BACnet Building Controller (B-BC), it supports alarming, scheduling, and trending directly on the device. With 40 universal I/O channels, it can expose physical data points through BACnet server objects or retrieve them using BACnet client mappings. Dual Ethernet interfaces enable cost-effective line topologies or highly reliable redundant ring networks using RSTP. Local operation is provided via an integrated LCD display and jog dial, while remote access is available through a web interface, VNC, and OPC UA/XML-DA services. The LIOB-562 integrates seamlessly with L-INX, L-ROC, and other L-IOB devices using plug-and-play LIOB-IP mode.
