Overview
The LIOB-590 I/O Controller is an advanced programmable automation station designed for flexible building control. Equipped with 20 universal I/Os, it supports analog, digital, and resistive signals, making it ideal for HVAC, lighting, and environmental control applications. Integrated dual Ethernet ports with built-in switching allow cost-effective line or redundant ring network setups using RSTP. Featuring an onboard web server, OPC UA/DA, and support for BACnet, LonMark, and Modbus protocols, the LIOB-590 provides open interoperability. Its Node.js-enabled IoT platform allows cloud connectivity via MQTT or REST APIs. With local LCD, jog dial, and L-STUDIO programmability, it delivers complete, efficient automation control.
Programmable using L-STUDIO (IEC 61131-3 / IEC 61499). Integrated Alarming, Scheduling, and Trending (AST™) functions. 10,000 data points, 500 BACnet objects, 256 trend logs supported. Visualization via L-WEB-900/803/802 platforms. Local manual control through LCD display and jog dial. Supports encrypted OPC UA and HTTPS communication. Optional L-IOT1 license for advanced IoT functions (cloud, MQTT, etc.).
