Overview
The LIOB-592 is an advanced programmable I/O controller from LOYTEC, designed for high-performance building automation and integration. Acting as a BACnet Building Controller (B-BC), it offers 40 configurable universal I/Os, dual Ethernet ports with integrated switching, and support for ring or daisy-chain topologies using RSTP. The controller features an integrated web server, OPC UA/DA, and Node.js runtime for IoT integration, allowing communication with MQTT brokers, cloud analytics, or custom web services. Programmable via L-STUDIO (IEC 61131-3/61499), the LIOB-592 supports alarming, scheduling, trending (AST™), and graphical visualization through L-WEB. Its local LCD and jog dial enable direct operation and override.
Built-in OPC server with encrypted web services (TLS/UA Secure Conversation). Supports up to 10,000 data points and 500 BACnet objects. Integrates with L-WEB-900, L-WEB-803, and L-WEB-802 for monitoring and visualization. Compatible with EnOcean (via LENO-80x), MP-Bus (LMPBUS-804), and WLAN (LWLAN-800). Event-driven email/SMS notifications (via LTE-800 module). BTL-certified BACnet Building Controller (B-BC). Complies with ISO 16484-5, ANSI/ASHRAE 135-2012, and CEA-709/852 standards.
