Overview
The MF100-SR is a 24 V actuator with 1000 N of force and a mechanical emergency function. If the supply fails a return spring drives the spindle out, which closes RGD two-way valves and leaves port A open on RB and RF three-way valves. The same actuator handles continuous 0(2) to 10 V or 0(4) to 20 mA control, 2-point control and 3-point control through its mode switch. It fits RK15 to RK50/65K, RB15 to RB50, RF15 to RF50/65K, RGD15 to RGD40, RWG15 to RWG40 and RGDE25 to RGDE50 valves (Z189 kit for RGDE). Stroke is up to 20 mm and is learned at start-up. Speed is about 1 s/mm or 9 s/mm. Position feedback is a voltage or current signal and the housing is IP54 with protection class III. The operating instruction covers both the MF100-SR and the MF100-SR-E with auxiliary switches.
