Overview
The MF200YZ is an emergency actuator from the MF200 series. It has 1000 N of force, runs on 24 V AC and is controlled by a continuous 0(2) to 10 V or 0(4) to 20 mA signal. A return spring operates the valve if the supply fails; the Z version retracts the spindle. It fits RB15 to RB50, RF15 to RF50 and RF65K, RK15 to RK50 and RK65K, RGD15 to RGD40, RGDE25 to RGDE50 and RWG15 to RWG40 valves, Stroke is up to 20 mm and is learned at initialisation. Travel time is 2 s/mm, and emergency positioning takes about 1 s/mm. The actuator returns a 0(2) to 10 V or 0(4) to 20 mA position signal and monitors the valve for seizing, giving a fault signal above about 12.5 V or 20 mA. A hand adjuster is under the cover.
