Overview
The MF250 is a 2500 N actuator with an emergency function powered by an integrated energy store (a battery pack) instead of a spring. On power failure it drives the valve to its emergency position, which can be set to fully extended, fully retracted or any position in between. It fits RK65 to RK100, RF65 to RF100, RD65 to RD100, RGD50 to RGD100, RWG50 to RWG100 and RGDE25 to RGDE100 valves (Z193 kit for RGDE). It runs on 24 V AC or DC and takes a continuous 0(2) to 10 V or 0(4) to 20 mA signal, a 3-point signal or a 2-point signal, with DIP switch selection and a hand operation mode switch. Stroke is up to 50 mm and is adapted automatically. Normal speed is 3.8 s/mm or 11 s/mm and the emergency run is at 3.8 s/mm. Position feedback is a voltage or current signal.
