Overview

The MWF+ measures the average air temperature across a duct. The sensor rod measures the mean value over its whole length, which suits large ducts with uneven temperature. A spring at the connection head reduces vibration, and mounting angles are supplied. The rod is 3 m or 6 m long. Outputs are 0 to 10 V (or 0 to 5 V) or 4 to 20 mA, selectable from several temperature ranges. Relay versions add two floating contacts for a 2-point or 2-stage controller, and LCD versions add a colour-changing display.
