Overview

The NOVOS 5 is an active room sensor in a white housing with an LCD that changes backlight colour and shows measured values and threshold alarms. Nine versions cover combinations of temperature, humidity, CO2 and mixed gas (VOC). Humidity versions can also output absolute humidity, enthalpy and dew point. It connects on RS485 BACnet MS/TP and has one input for a floating contact. Display settings and ranges are set with the Thermokon NOVOSapp or uConfig. A VOC sensor responds to body odour, tobacco smoke and off-gassing from furnishings. It suits schools, offices, hotels and cinemas.
