Overview
RB25 is a three-way control valve with a gunmetal body, brass cone and CrMo steel spindle. It mixes or diverts water and water-glycol mixes in heating and cooling circuits. The ends are male threads and the valve is supplied with female union fittings, so it fits without welding or flanges. Port A to AB has an equal percentage characteristic and port B to AB is linear. Fitting a blank cover (BK) on port B turns it into a two-way valve. The stem seal is a maintenance-free EPDM O-ring pack and seat leakage is class VI to EN 1349. It is operated by the Kieback&Peter MD100-RE or MF100-SR family of actuators. With the spring-return MF100-SR, port A stays open if the power fails.
