Overview
The TF14+ is the active version of the TF14 cable temperature sensor. A transmitter in the USE-S enclosure converts the probe reading to a 0 to 10 V, 0 to 5 V or 4 to 20 mA signal. The measuring range is selectable at the transmitter from eight ranges between -50 and +250 °C, with 0 to +160 °C as the default. The output can be switched between 0 to 10 V and 0 to 5 V by jumper on the voltage version. A hinged cover, tool-free terminals and a removable cable entry speed up installation. The parts here use a multi range transmitter with a 180 °C rated cable and a 4 mm probe in 50, 100 or 150 mm lengths.
