Overview

Thermowells let a temperature sensor be fitted in a liquid pipe without draining the system. The sensor sits in the pocket and can be removed for service while the pipe stays full. The THVADS thermowells come in seven installation lengths from 50 to 450 mm. A PTFE pressure screw is available for them for installations that must be free of silicone. The THVA thermowells in 100 to 250 mm are the ones specified for the KFK03 immersion sensor. The family page gives a 9 mm diameter, an R1/2 inch thread and a 22 mm hexagon.
