Overview
The VFG54+ RS485 Modbus measures the temperature of cold or hot water on pipes and other curved surfaces. A spring-loaded brass contact gives a fast response. It reports over RS485 Modbus RTU and also has a 0 to 10 V or 0 to 5 V analogue output. The LCD version adds a 29 x 35 mm display with RGB backlight and a traffic light function with configurable thresholds. Set up is by the USEapp, uConfig, jumpers or DIP switches. The housing has a hinged cover, tool-free wiring and removable cable entries.
