Overview

The AVT measures air velocity in ventilation systems, for example to control regulating flaps or damper actuators. It uses a calorimetric principle and also reports temperature. The velocity range is chosen by jumper from 0 to 2, 0 to 10 or 0 to 20 m/s. It has two 0 to 10 V outputs and two 4 to 20 mA outputs. Two further versions add a 3.5 inch LCD, and an LCD with a changeover relay contact for limiting the air volume, with adjustable switching threshold and hysteresis.
