Overview
The DDC4002e is a front-panel automation station in the DDC4000e family. It has a 5.7 inch colour touchscreen for local operation, a web server for browser access, 32 configurable binary inputs/outputs and 24 analog inputs/outputs. It is specified for four air handling (HVAC) systems or eight heating circuits, and runs freely configurable objects for control, optimisation and monitoring. Two CAN buses can each be set as a cabinet bus or a fieldbus for BMA, BMD, SBM, FBM, FBU and RBW modules. Communication is BACnet/IP and BACnet MS/TP with a RS485 port for up to 32 field devices, plus RS232 for a modem. It sends messages by e-mail and SMS and keeps a trend memory. It sits in a 19 inch plastic short enclosure that fits a standard door cutout. The part code carries the suffix -56.
