Overview
The JOY HC is a room thermostat with a glass surface, three capacitive touch buttons and an LCD. It suits hotel rooms and offices. It measures temperature and relative humidity and has an integrated PI controller for heating and cooling, with frost protection, window and door monitoring and presence detection. Outputs are either 0 to 10 V or relay (depending on the part). The AO2DO versions have a 0 to 10 V output and two relay outputs, one for heating and one for cooling. The 3AO versions have three 0 to 10 V outputs, which can drive a 6 way control valve as well as heating and cooling. Inputs take external sensors such as window contacts, change-over or condensation sensors. It fits a standard 60 mm EU flush box, is set up with uConfig and communicates over RS485 BACnet MS/TP. Both parts are offered in black or white.
