Overview
The LDF+ measures brightness in living rooms, offices and work spaces, for daylight dependent lighting and blind control. The light sensor has an optical filter matched to the sensitivity of the human eye, and the range is selectable from six ranges between 0 to 200 lux and 0 to 50 klux. The prism is a remote sensor connected to the enclosure by a standard RJ45 patch cable, which makes fitting easy in awkward places. A straight prism is mainly for interior lighting and a diagonal prism mainly for outdoor lighting. The Dual versions take two sensors, and can give the average, minimum or maximum of both as well as each reading, set with the USEapp. Values are read over RS485 Modbus RTU. The family also has 0 to 10 V or 0 to 5 V analogue outputs.
