Overview
The MD100-RE is a 24 V AC/DC actuator with 1000 N of force for the Kieback&Peter RK15 to RK50/65K, RB15 to RB50, RF15 to RF50/65K, RGD15 to RGD40 and RWG15 to RWG40 valves. One model covers continuous 0(2) to 10 V or 0(4) to 20 mA control, 3-point and 2-point control, which cuts down the number of types to stock. Running speed is set by DIP switch to 1.9, 2.6, 5.5 (as delivered) or 9 s/mm, and the stroke of up to 20 mm is learned automatically. Position feedback is a voltage or current signal and a fault shows as about 12.5 V or 0 mA. A magnetic switch in the cover enables hand operation by handwheel without taking the cover off. The MD100-RE-E adds two floating changeover contacts on bistable relays for position or fault signalling.
